- Charges will occur during the first week of the month and will reoccur every 30 days
- Example: If you sign up on the 20th of the month, you will receive the yarn for that month. You will be charged a second time for the next months yarn during the first week of the new month.

Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to completely manage our stock. Therefore, the actual inventory could fluctuate at any moment. It is possible that the stocks could be depleted after your order has been placed.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If you haven't received your product within the 30 days period, we are not able to provide a refund or an exchange.
The item cannot be used, and it must be in its original condition. It should also be in the original packaging.
